Growing eCommerce brand with proven Etsy success. Website audit and conversion-led redesign to bridge the gap between their independent store and the trust their track record deserved.

This client had built a strong foundation on Etsy, with genuine sales history and a loyal customer base, but their independent website wasn't reflecting that success. The brand felt disconnected and the site was failing to communicate the professionalism and quality that their products and reviews already proved.

The audit identified two core issues: a lack of trust signals and inconsistent brand continuity. There were points of friction across the marketing funnel, missed opportunities to leverage social proof, and a tone of voice that wasn't resonating with their target audience.

The redesign focused on building credibility from the first impression. A stronger hero section led users into a structured journey, with subtle CTAs guiding them progressively through the content rather than pushing for an immediate conversion. Each section was considered against what the target audience would genuinely value, from social proof and product storytelling to tone and visual consistency.

The final designs were implemented directly into their existing Wix site, preserving what was already working while significantly improving the overall user experience and conversion potential.
