Conducted a conversion-focused audit for an early-stage Shopify store to improve clarity, reduce bounce rate, and increase sales performance.

Despite a strong product and proven demand, the website was missing key fundamentals, particularly around messaging, structure, and trust. The primary focus of the audit was to address these gaps and establish trust as a foundation for improving conversion performance, especially with a high 74.9% bounce rate.

The audit identified key friction points across the user journey, including lack of first-impression clarity, weak brand positioning, and limited trust signals. Messaging was overly functional and did not effectively communicate the emotional driver of vehicle security and risk prevention.

Recommendations focused on restructuring the homepage flow to guide users from problem to solution, strengthening the value proposition, and introducing trust-building elements such as testimonials, reassurance messaging, and clearer pricing psychology.

By improving brand clarity, visual hierarchy, and credibility, the site is positioned to reduce drop-off, build trust faster, and increase overall conversion rate.
